Simple terms, in plain words
The short version of the Ambassador Agreement between Mist Bags (“Mist”, “we”) and you.
1 Term
6 months, starting the day your code goes live. Before it ends, we’ll talk about renewing. Renewal starts once we both confirm in writing; email or WhatsApp is enough.
2 Your code
Your code is personal to you. Followers use it on the Mist website or app, or give it to our customer service team, who apply it for them.
It gives 10% off and can’t be combined with other promotions unless Mist says so.
3 Your commission
You earn 10% of the final order amount: what the customer pays for the products after their discount, excluding shipping.
- Earned once the order is delivered and paid. Until then, it shows as Pending.
- Cancelled, refused, returned or refunded orders earn nothing. If already paid, we deduct it from your next payout.
- Your own orders don’t earn commission.
- Orders placed during your term and delivered within 30 days after it ends still count.
4 Payouts
By the 10th of each month, we pay everything you earned the month before, in US dollars via Whish Money, OMT or bank transfer.
Balances under $10 roll over to the next month. Every payment shows in your app. You handle any taxes on your earnings.
5 Showcase bags
We send your first selection of Mist bags free, yours to keep. After that, any bag you want to showcase is 50% off. Showcase purchases don’t earn commission.
6 Your content & our brand
- Describe products honestly. Materials, sizes and prices must match Mist’s website.
- Mark sponsored posts with the paid-partnership label or #ad.
- No hate, violence, adult content or political messaging next to Mist.
- You may use Mist’s name, logo and product photos, unaltered, to promote Mist. We may reshare your Mist content with credit during your term and 6 months after. Paid ads with your content only with your OK. You own what you create.
7 Not allowed
Fake orders, posting your code on coupon sites, ads or search ads using Mist’s name without our approval, spam, or presenting yourself as Mist. Related commission is cancelled, and we may end the agreement immediately.
8 Ending early
Either of us can end the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Your code then turns off, and we still pay everything you earned.
9 Good to know
- You’re an independent partner, not a Mist employee.
- Work with other brands freely; just keep other bag brands out of your Mist posts and stories.
- Program updates come with 14 days’ notice. Your 10% stays locked for your whole term.
- Disagreements: we talk first. If needed, Lebanese law applies, and the courts of Beirut decide.
